B'fast Sihat ;-)

sengihnampakgigi sowi ler .. tuan rumah dilanda mood healthy food jer sepanjang minggu nie.... semalam aku hupdates menu lunch yg sihat .. hari nie updates menu sihat utk breakfast pulak ihikhik.. gigih bebenor smlm carik kat Econsave .. aku terjebak nak beli cereal nie masa baca kt blog syana said dulu .. bulan lepas nak beli out of stock la pulak ..hu..hu..hu.. sedih .. kali nie dapat jugak akhirnya .. siap dapat free gift cd BodyJam Latinmenari.. nanti boleh ler try workout ni di rumah menari... aku try yg cereal mix fruit nieh dulu .. next time boleh try yg jenis lain plk .. tukar2 bagi variety rasanya sengihnampakgigi

kalau breakfast pagi, zaila makan cornflakes cereal dengan susu segar Dutch lady tambah hirisan buah macam strawbery & epal..

kadang2 makan tortilla wraps tp terlepas juga makan nasi..hehehe

kalau malam suka preapare salad & sup but lately macam malas je nak buat..huhu
