Masa borak2 onlines one of online frendzy iaitu Lidya ask me what is my supplements during pregnancy nieh .. so i want to share with others apa yg diberi & direkomen oleh my gynea during my pregnancy ... vitamin2 tue ada yg dpt masa di klinik kesihatan , supplement tambahan oleh my gynea + vitamin dari panel klinik (jimat skit panel klinik cover ) .. satu info yg my gynea told was .. my gynea tak advise & rekomen ambik supplement tambahan from amway,cni,HPA, salindah dan seangkatan dgnnya .. dia kata kalau amik masa pregnancy dia advisekan suruh stop amik ... so kita follow jer apa yg gynea advise ... to all preggy mommies ... mmg kena mendisiplinkan diri kita utk ambik ubt2 nie mengikut masa dan aturan yg telah ditetapkan .. jgn ngelat2 ok ... it's good for pregnancy mommies & babies too oh yer if anybody nk share what is other supplements yg gynea korang rekomenkan .. pls share with me ok .. infomation sharing sesama kita .. TQ
- Folic Acid 5 mg - 1 kali sehari
- Calcium 300 mg - 1 kali sehari- Ascorbic Acid 50mg - 1 kali sehari
- Vitamin B. Complex - 1 kali sehari
- Ferrormed 200mg - 2 biji 2 kali sehari
- Omega3 Fish oil 1000mg - 1 kali sehari
